Build a Bandit Classic Discount Automotive Has had my deposit for 16 months, no car has been delivered and communication is lousy fairview, North Carolina

I am making an entry to this site is because I wanted to appologize to the Build a Bandit group for my negative post onthe hitman site on the time frame of my build and deposit. I was wrong by a couple of months. The other reason I wanted to comment was I didn't want anyone reading to think I wasn't trying to have my other statement about not buying from them retracted. Especially when I read the retraction from the poster on this site that posted they were a ponzi scheem. He was big enough to give his rebutal and retraction, and I am also. I will tryto remove it from the hitman site, because they can be a very informative site on Trans Ams. I have posted my positive review on several Trans Am sites. Thank you for understanding, Frank.

I recently was in Fairview NC to visit Discount Classic Restoration DBA Build A Bandit Pick A Pony. Quite frankly I went there to check on the progress of a Trans Am I ordered last October. I was having concerns with some of the comments I read from this site and one called Hitman. They talk about Trans Ams and this company alot. I was quite relieved to be able to spend an extra night in Asheville and rent a UHaul and take my car home the next day. Bob, Nelson and Shawn worked around the clock to help accomplish that goal for me. So I think most of the posts on the Hitman site are quite bogus, and are going to advise others the same. And my Trans Am is hot, and I think the comments on Hitmans are not. The few that had posts that I could get to confront werent even customers, or even have visited their facilities. So beware of unfounded statements about a company that tries as hard as they did to satisfy my every request. I highly recommend them.

This comment appears to have been cut and pasted, at least in part, from an earlier posting of mine concerning this business. My issues with this business were resolved. My previously posted retraction reads as follows: I am pleased to post this follow up retraction to my August 23 post. After addressing my concerns with the Build-A-Bandit group over the past few weeks, they have honored my request for a full refund, which I understand is against their company policy. So at least for me, I have been satisfied with the resolution of this matter.
