Complete with a Client Release Form, no less!
The fine print has disclosure information. It seems that for a $20 fee you get the services of this company to provide sweepstakes information to you, information you could obtain on your own if you wanted to. They do offer a refund if you are not satisfied, and say "This promotion may be under different creative presentation [sic]."
I am scanning both pages of the letter I received for publishing at the bottom of my report, if allowed by the owners of Rip-Off Report. I am sending it to them now in JPEG format.
