The DM (Barb) thinks she's the president of the USA because of her badge. Thats too funny. She's a real big lady and has a real big mouth. She gets rude with people when they have a problem with there food unless she knows them and there of good class of course. Why she cares about class is beynd me when she has none.
You will see after you read what she does. If she is on boards and one of our co-workers (Beth) orders a sandwitch she makes it very messy and will also use broken burgers and adds " It's only Beth she's so dumb she'll eat anything" OMG! This is the DM for God sake and here's me the the crewleader having to deal with thing nasty sh**. I thought we was to look up to her not down apon her but we look down with our lips sealed shut when the big guys come.
She yells at customers for defending them selfs and then flash's her badge like she's God or something. She takes her badge and says stuff like " remember this and the name" OMG please that's to much for one day. She likes to down the girls that work there saying things like their easy and their whores or trash, that's so wrong!!!
Wonder what she is? She loves to threaten you in any way she can. Thats just a few things for her, as for Vern the next manager she loves to scream too and be very nasty. When us girls are working on boards she yells for sandwich's like 5 or 6 times and it will be laying up in the heat shute for her. Duhhh but she likes the people to know she's the boss and they look at us on boards like we're retarded. OMG. Does that make your blood boil!!!! She comes back and grabs the food from your hands. It's just wrong the way they're treated.
There are good workers there and they need their jobs so they put up with it and their affriad of them so much the get nerves and run to their every bark. The next manager is so affriad she is like a big fat baby. They make the girls cry by yelling at them and threatening then. I fully understand know matter where you work you have problem but this place takes the cake. I have never in my life worked any where like this and I find it so sad for the girls that have to stay there and deal with it.
When the big guy comes Barb and Vern are new people then, they hate to see him or them come. They're nice as pie then. I loved seeing them pull in. Oh and let the time go up wow that will get you in really deep sh**. Someone has to go out in their car and run back and forth to get the time down. We're to have an insentive program. That's a joke. We get nothing not even a Thank You for a good job today when we got very busy.
So I think it is called the "yelling and being put down" program. wow that makes a person feel so good about themselves and makes them really like their job. Our/ well them managers need to grow up and get their priorities straight. They are to be looked up to as I said not down on!!!! I think I'd be very ashamed to be them to have to face the public everyday and my co-worker!!! I guess I did say one had "NO" class but that goes for all 3 of them!
