i was a burger king manager and was fired for whistle blowing about the rats and roaches in the eating facility. after i made many complaints about the unhealthy working conditions i was involved in an auto accident that landed me under medical doctors care and burger king district manager fired me stating that i quit. frankie boham knew that i did not quit he asked me to return my keys to the store while out on medical leave.

burger king used my auto accident as a great opportunity to get rid of me because i was exposing the unhealthy conditions of that facility. they viewed my as being a nuisance for over stating customer complaints about the rats and roaches.

the district manager told me on day to just have someone put some water down on the rodent fecal matter in the dining area. the roches in the light fixtures were cleaned out and would reappear in just a matter of days. the witnesses that frankie knew also was aware of my constant complaints to upper management were also terminated by burger king corp as part of a cover up.

i will not give up burger king corp should be ashamed of the conduct of this district manager and i will not stop until justice has been served in this matter.
