BCTI failed to help me find a suitable job for the courses that I studied for which is Integrated Computer Applications and Advanced Information Systems. Also they sold my loans to Monterey Financial Services in Carlsbad C.A. and now I am stuck with a bill that I can never pay back sufficiently. Is there any way that I can get some kind of assistance for this
