This company "Business Development Institute" CONTACTED US offering to place our website in the top 10 on 50 search engines including MSN, Yahoo and Google. We did everything they suggested, but after a year of calls, emails and letters, they still did not provide any results. We contacted the BBB in Las Vegas and found that we were not the only ones contacting them with complaints. The company responded to the BBB indicating they had a policy of no refund...no matter what. In otherwords, we got your money you are out of luck.
They SAY they have had excellent results with hundreds of other clients, but despite the fact that they sold us the service based on our being a real estate company, they could not provide ONE real estate client with success.
We paid this company over $2,000. WHAT a RIPOFF. We would sue, but found that in order to collect we would have to have a judgment made in Las Vegas and the expense of sueing due to travel and legal fees would make it another loss to us.

I have a small PPC firm in Atlanta Ga with about 25 clients that spend $500-$5000 per month. We create websites specifically for each PPC campaign that contain a tracking number unique to each site and also allow us to record the phone call. I have a recording of a solicitation from BDI in which the sales person is very rude to my client, not to mention the fact that he clicked my clients link and spent his money in order to sell him something. Sales people who click on PPC ad's are either poorly trained or dont care about the prospects wasted money, pretty lame!

If this company is so liggit, then how come they have had 3-4 company name changes as well as phone# and address changes in the last 4 years???

i am currently employed by the aforementioned and slandered company. All one has to do to refute this alleged claim of fraud is to actually visit the website, www.usaseopros.com , and click the "Try Our Demonstration" button. you are then redirected to the "New Clients" section. Clicking on the snapshot of a particular website leads to a "ranking report" page. From there you can click on any one of the LIVE LINKS and view the ACTUAL first page placements of the other clients, clients that one person in particular had the ignorance to claim were illusionary. At any rate, it is always to easy to beat a feeble, uninformed lie with logic and the truth, but I encourage anyone who still has doubts to investigate on your own.
