I looked for information on a wiring harness for my truck lights on the seller's website.  Ordered harness from information found on seller website.  Item arrived and would not fit my lights.  I tried using the seller's website account forms to ask for an RMA.  Got no response.  Sent emails to every address I could find. No response.  Completed RMA from again after one week of waiting.  Still no response.  Filed a claim with PayPal.  Got a response from paypal stating that seller has been waiting to hear from me on my RMA request.  I used supplied RMA number to send package back to seller.  After two weeks (package arrived in 3 days) no refund.  I escalated depute to claim with paypal.  Seller responds with partial refund offer.  Offer is for item amount minus shipping and 15% restocking fee.  I paid seller $5.00 for shipping.  The item cost $63.95 plus $5.00 shipping for a total of $68.95.  They offered $63.95 minus $9.59 (15% restocking fee) minus $3.95 shipping for a total offer of $50.81.

Again they fail to tell the truth!

They have not said that they back the accuracy of the information on their website.  I was mislead by that information, as such, I was supposed to pay a penalty of 15% + $3.95 shipping.  That was the original refund offer that they made me.  This is a record of the PAYPAL transaction.  I returned the item to the seller and they said that they would issue a refund when they got the item.  I sent the item on Mar 15, USPS records that they received it on Mar 20.  They never tried to refund until I contacted PAYPAL on Apr 1, so they had 11 days to issue a refund and did not.  I have all the personal email to and from the seller.  I used the sellers RMA system 2 times and never got a response until I filed a claim with the seller through PAYPAL on Mar 15.  If I had not used PAYPAL, I would not have gotten back a penny! Their partial refund offer was through PAYPAL on Apr 1 only because I changed the dispute to a claim.  They lied to PAYPAL. They lied to me. If I had not been diligent and used a tracking number (cost me $11.82 return shipping so that I still lost money) I would not have gotten anything back.  (NOTE: I X'ed out my name and email for web harvest reasons)

4/1/2013 06:56 CDT - Buyer: I have returned the goods to the seller, the tracking number indicates that the seller has received the package. USPS tracking number is: 95346102283074412485XX. I still have not received a refund.
3/15/2013 09:24 CDT - Seller: Sir / PAYPAL, we have responded to Jxxx W. Bxxx's request to return product on 3/8/2013, we have resent the response with the return authorization number and return address, etc. today. The return authorization # 5818C1E7 was sent on 3/8 to the address: buyautotruckaccessories@XXXXXXXXX.com. If this is an invalid address, we cannot be held responsible for a person not receiving e-mails, as this is the e-mail address that Jxxx W. Bxxx provided to us as his e-mail to be used for correspondence regarding this sale and his account with us.We have approved his return, and if he needs us to send this information to a different e-mail, we can. There is no credit due without return of product, upon receipt of the returned goods we will process credit to Jxxx W. Bxxx in accordance with our stated return policy that Jxxx W. Bxxx has agreed to. Thank you

John According to PayPal, you received a full refund in the amount of $68.95. In terms of your claim that we refuse communication, according to our records, we sent you the Return Authorization on March 8, 2013, you called in with tracking number on March 18, 2013, product inspection finalized on March 28, 2013, and in between this time you filed a dispute with PayPal. On the return authorization request form that you filled out on our website, it states All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Despite the fact that we do charge a minimum 15% restocking fee, you still received a full refund. We are sorry for your dissatisfaction and hope this clears up any issues you had.
