BuyLowAuctions.Org Definitely a Scam Wilmington Delaware

This website is a scam.  I clicked on an advertisement for this penny auction website and they offered a trial period and if I wanted to cancel I could, but I had to put in my credit card information.  The next thing I knew, I had been charged for a bid package costing $99.  I was surprised, but I thought I could cancel before the trial period ended, but no such luck because there was no way to contact this business even though there is a "click on live chat button" but nothing when you click on it. I thought maybe something was wrong or I had contacted them on the weekend not during business hours.

Well, I decided to bid on four items to see how the auction site worked.  I found that I was able to win 4 items: a trip to Mexico, $100 air travel check, $25 ebook gift card, and $25 vacation card.  After winning the auctions, I received emails saying that after I paid the very low prices for these items, I would receive a code in 7 to 10 business days in order to claim these prizes.  Well, I have only received one of the prizes before the ending period last week:$100 air travel check code.  However, this travel agency giving the prize stipulates that up to $100 will be given on the prices of certain plane tickets booked through them. ($25 off of $150, $50 off for $200.... etc. up to $500 for the $100 off).  

Now I have not received any other codes for the other prizes.  I contacted my bank with a claim for the return of my money, but it was denied after an investigation because the bank said that I bought BIDS according to the Trems of Service, and that I would have to pursue the business myself through other means if I did not receive the prizes that I had won.

I think that the $99 that I paid for these bids was used to supposedly pay for this bogus $100 airfair travel check. 

I have had to learn a HARD $159 LESSON.
