Buyers Union, Premier Movie Pass, Calling Card ? ripoff took money out of my checking account before i even got there information then never returned my money California

I did not receive there brochures untill one day i received one, and chcked my checking account and saw they already took money out.
I called them and they asked if i wanted to cancel and i said i did. they said i would have to sign a paper before they could return my money.
I got the papers and filled them out and sent them off promptly.
I did not receive anything. I called 4 times and they said they would red mark it and report the authorities and get it out promptly.
I never received anything.
