Buyers Union, Premiere Movie Pass, Call One ripoff fraud Orange California

Back in August 2004, I was called and offered free gas coupons for one $3.95. I listened to the sales pitch and heard an additional charge of $119.00, At that moment I hung up the phone. I received an additional 5 calls from this company ensuring me they would not charge my account however they did need me to complete the recording in order to cancel the transaction. I was schocked to see that they went ahead and withdrew the money from my account, placing me in a bind financially since I was not expecting this money to be taken from my account. I called the company and they sent me a form which clearly states they will process the refund within 14 days.

Well I sent the paperwork through certified mail back in September, and after numerous calls I just keep being told that my file has been flagged and I should recieve my money within 14 days. Well I will see how many 14 more days it's going to take.
