at its best!

I received a call in May from Premier Benefits to receive Wal-Mart vouchers for $200.00 for a one time service fee of $3.95. The representative, Tyrone Dacker, also explained I would have the chance to preview a calling card, movie passes, and restaurant discounts. He said my account would not be charged until after the trial periods.

I finally agreed to have a $3.95 fee taken out of my checking account for the $200.00 free vouchers from Wal-mart. I gave Tyrone my information, and he then told me to mail my Wal-Mart receipts to Premier Beneifits, and they would refund my $200.00. I knew then it was a scam and told him to cancel anything I agreed to sign up for. He said why would I want to cancel such a good deal. I told him I wanted no part of it, and to cancel everything. He hung up on me.

Needless to say, my account was charged the $3.95 and an extra $119.00. I called to get a refund. They said I would have to sign a letter stating I wanted a refund, and they would mail me a check in 10 to 14 business days. I received the letter in about two weeks. I promptly signed it and sent it back. I still have not recevied a refund andhave called and spoken to a manager named Amanda. Each time they said they will "red flag" my account and see why I haven't received my money. The first time I called about a refund was at the beginning of June and now it is the end of October. MAJOR SCAM!

I am filing a report with the police department in Orange County, the Better Business Bureaus in California, the California Attorney General's Office, and the Federal Trade Commission. I also filed with my local sheriff's office so hopefully no other people in our area would not be affected. This company needs to be stopped!
