C-1 DRIVER SOLUTIONS & USA TRUCK Three Headed Snakes well known on the NE Coast Indianapolis Indiana

I to am now going through the state where they are telling me I owe them 6000 dollars.  I have not picked up the phone when they called yet but I have gotten a letter.  What do I do to settle for the 220 dollars? email me if you could please!!! w.martin318@gmail.com

I too was notified (about a year after going through their school in St. Louis) that I would have to re-test for my CDL, because the school tested their drivers "improperly"!  It cost my employer and me money to go take the testing again, on 2 separate days, to keep my CDL.  Also, I was told in the school that the Missouri CDL I was given from the school was valid no matter where I lived.  Shortly afterward, I was made to get a CDL from my home state, IL, in order to continue driving for USA Trucking.  That cost me an extra $120!  (with the hazmat endorsement, that I had on my Missouri license and wanted to keep)  So, they flat out committed FRAUD, in both issues!!!

to 7th gear i know what you are going through,after i went through the school and received my cdl i to went on too drive for usa truck,i worked for them for a year then left them and i was driving for another company and i received a letter from mo. d.o.t saying that i would have to retake my driving test of surrender my lic. becouse the school didnt train us right,so i made all the arrangements the my local driving instructor and passed.then a few weeks later driver soloutions called and wanted there money so i said where is my money..and they said what money?....i told them i needed money for the truck i rented,i told them that cost was (550.00$) i told them i payed for fuel at ($ 1.79 a gal.) i told them i wanted to get payed for driving from tulsa ok to oklahoma city @ (1.20 a mile) i was an indenpent contractor at that time,and my god you could have heard a pin drop on the other side of the phone!...well that ended that call. then a few months later i get a call from a collection agency and they said the same thing i owed the money. once i stuck to my guns and went through the whole story with them and they told me to just pay the five thousand i owed and settle the school later and i said no! they threated me with a lawsuit in Indiapolis In and i said see you there!.......well then some time later i got a letter from C-1 wanting me to settle my bill for 220 dollors so guess what? i did if you need help you can contact me by e-mail

IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU, YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR ATTORNEY KNOWS THAT YOU WERE INDUCED BY FRAUD WITH DELIBERATE MISREPRESENTATION TO GO TO THIS SCHOOL AND THEY DID NOT DELIVER ON WHAT THEY PROMISED YOU. THEY TOOK ALL OF YOUR MONEY AND THE RESULTS THEY PROMISES JUST DID NOT HAPPEN

I live in Missouri and went to the St.Louis scam, I mean school. It is a hell hole.You aren't lying about the trucks being out dated and dangerous at best. We only had 2 working trucks for 35 people that had bald tires and barely ran.Mind you, these were the only 2 trucks that ran for road use as the Instructors put it! C1 ( Driver Solutions ) will train you as they put it,then months if not yrs later like in my case, appear out of no where and pretend they did everything to work a deal with you to pay your bill then sue you for 3 times the schooling bill.
