Back about 8 years ago i went to C-1 Truck driving School after they ensured me that all would be ok. It was in the middle of the winter and we were lucky if the instuctors even showed and when a couple of them did they smelled heavt of alcohole on their breath. Well my biggest problem was the on site DOT testers they had i had to take the test several times but the last test was really what got to me. As I was making a left hand turn I placed my right wheel in the corner of the parking lot like i was told when making the left turn everything was going perfectly well I thought it was. About a mile down the road a car topped the hill as I was already in my turn instantly the tester looks at me and says I'm sorry but you failed this test. No am I supposed a fortune teller as to know there was a car a mile down the road (who wasnt nowhere in sat when i started the turn) was gonna top that hill? I wasted 125.00 everytime I took that test and everytime it was something stupid on the testers part that got me failed. I told them when I left I would not be paying for the training because i couldnt afford to pay for test and training which they were incompetent of giving. Well it had been 7 years last year when i get something in the mail stating that I owed not 3000 for the training but 8000 (they never sent me a bill or anything) until the court summons which said I owed them 8000 dollars (fees plus interest) they are now taking it from my pay at a rate of 253 dollars per 2 weeks and I dont think thats fair at all considering everything about this school sucked. I wouldnt advise anyone to go to this school it is a rip off and you will not like it.
