We ordered custom fabric and leather sofa sets and recliner chairs from C & L Designs. They were very expensive and took 4 months to complete and when they came they were horrible.  The quality was poor and they were designed for people who were about 4 feet tall.  They were uncomfortable to say the least.  The fabric sofa were poorly sewn and the patterns did not match on the fabric sofa with large mismatched seams running down the center of the main cushion for all to see. 

We complained and they ignored us for weeks but finally came out look at the sofas.  It was almost comical as they tried to defend the bad workmanship and design so bad that our dogs wouldn't sit on them.  The cushions were flat almost immediately and the recliners so badly designed and small that even my smallest daughter, who is around 5 foot, had her head sticking over the top and feet hanging off the footrest by a good foot.  They insisted that they were fine and refused to take them back.  We tried repeatedly to work with them but they just ignored all of our calls.  Since they were useless to us we put them in a consignment shop were they have sat for over a year at 1/4 the price we paid and still won't sell.

Warning to all that C & L Designs in Los Angeles has poor quality and even worse customer service.
