I was treated like a dog at the texas school and then assualted by my trainer as well. I am current seeking women that have gone through the pain of assault and rape by trainer from C R England. We must band together if this is to stop. There is strength in numbers.

I was also raped by my trainer.

I requested a female trainer, and was DENIED. And I have witnesses to that fact. The trainer insisted that I was supposed to go with him on home time, then raped me there. This occured in July. When I told my TC, he had me talk to a dozen people, and everyone told me not to tell anyone! Then I never heard anything else about it, until I found out that he is STILL WORKING FOR THEM. He has also tried to call me, twice. I have charges pending against him, and I will be filing a lawsuit against this vile company.

I agree this must stop. I am seeking an attorney right now, and am quite willing to go to the media over this, as well.

I promise each of you i have been honest and have taken every step to bring justice to my situation. I will continue to follow all rebuttals and add update as they occur. As the truth unfolded about the practices of this company I am certain many other women will feel the strength to come forward. I pray you will find justice and as for the financial ruins of so many people from this company as a whole men and women it is undoubtly time for a class action lawsuit.

THIS SEXUAL HARRASSMENT BY SOME SORRY MAN BECAUSE HE HAS A WOMAN WHO IS SUBORDINATE TO HIM IS AGAINST THE LAW AND SHE SHOULD HAVE FILED ACTION AGAINST HIM THE MOMENT IT HAPPENED.

HOWEVER, YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND THAT MOST OF THESE DRIVER TRAINEES ARE NOT HERE FOR PURPOSES OF SEXUAL SWINGING, THEY ARE HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE DESPARATE FOR A JOB AND THIS IS THE LAST GREAT HOPE AND CHANCE FOR MANY OF THEM BEFORE THEY HAVE TO LIVE UNDER A BRIDGE!

BECAUSE THE JOB MARKET FOR WOMEN IS VERY,VERY BAD! ESPECIALLY IN THE SOUTHERN UNITED STATES AND IN THE SOUTHWEST TOO WHERE A MAN PROVES THAT HE IS A MACHO BBY ALL OF HIS SEXUAL CONQUESTS, WILLING OR NOT.

THIS SUBHUMAN, SLOBBERING MORON IS PROBABLY A SERIAL RAPIST AND THIS LOUSY COMPANY PROBABLY GETS HIM ON THE CHEAP -LESS THAN HE COULD MAKE AS A DRIVER -- AND HE STAYS BECAUSE HE CAN RAPE THE WOMEN WHO ARE UNLUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE HIM AS A TRAINER.

MAYBE IF SHE GETS PREGNANT, SHE CAN SUE HIM FOR CHILD SUPPORT! IT WOULD SERVE HIM RIGHT.

OR HE IS SUCH AN ALLEY CAT, SHE NEEDS TO GET TESTED FOR AIDS AND OTHER STDS LIKE HERPES AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY HAVE THESE DAYS...

IN BAD ECONOMIC TIMES LIKE THESE, WOMEN TEND TO GET KICKED TO THE CURB -- ESPECIALLY IF THEY IN THEIR LATE 40S AND OVER.... ESPECIALLY IF THEY LOOK THEIR AGE.

THIS SORRY B****** SHOULD BE SUED. AND THE COMPANY THAT HIRED HIM SHOULD BE SUED.

AFTER THEY GET WHAT THEY WANT, THEY WILL PROBABLY FIND A WAY TO FIRE HER ANYWAY. LIKE A DISCARDED BEER CAN OR A KLEENEX. BECAUSE WOMEN DON'T COUNT TO THESE GUYS. THEY ARE LIKE INFLATABLES TO BE USED AS NEEDED. AND IN THIS ECONOMY, THAT ( EXPLETIVE DELETED) GETWS A STEADY SUPPLY.

I am an employee of C.R. England and a male phase 2 trainer. When I became a trainer, they asked me if I was willing to take female apprentices. I wanted to make sure that I had the best chance to keep an apprentice on my truck at all times so I said yes. Since then I have had 2 females on my truck. The first was great. She worked hard, had a good attitude and has since leased up and is making good money using everything I tought her (driving and business). We have become very close almost like a father daughter relationship. The second, however, is a different story.

Our first contact is always a phone call. I always ask during this first call about their prior driving experience. She said that she had none but her husband is a driver and that I would be pleasantly surprised at her skill level. Long story short, she had 4 weeks in a truck before she got with me and it was if she had never seen a truck before. She had 4 neer collisions in the first 6 days all due to tubbelvision and poor shifting abilities. No matter how much I worked with her, she just didn't get it. I finally notified the training department and recommended she be brought in for a safety evalluation. When I told her she was being returned to the terminal for the eval, she went from being nice and friendly to the worst nightmare anyone could imagine. She began by attacking me verbally and trying to drag me into a petty argument. When that didn't work, she made statements like, "I;m going to have your job" and "you should be dead." When I dropped her off, she through one of her bags under my tandems and started screeming bloody murder. She called the police and said I tried to run her over. When the police got there, they patted me down and put me in the back of the patrol car like a criminal. Fortunately cooler heads prevailed and the officer let me give him my side of the story and then eventually let me go. She went to the hospital stating that she doesn't remember exactly what happened but she remembered tire tread hitting her hand. Later she made accusations that I had damaged a trailer while backing and that I didn't report the incident, In fact there was no incident
I immediately made all the notifications neccessary including the one requesting that I no longer take female trainees. If she had claimed rape, I would have been taken right to jail and forced to prove my inocense.

If you were sexually assaulted, I am sorry for your pain and you have my heartfelt sympathy. You should not hesitate to go after this scumbag. But if this is vengance, let it go. I made a discission based on safety and wound up the victim. I am still waiting for the "Lawsuit Shoe" to drop.

Attitudes that know it all one of which is exemplified in your commentary, is an obvious attempt to demean an individual or an issue. Additionally, one who lacks an ability or desire to believe the negativity of an assault may well possess a inner systemic anguish that creates a feeling of sexually gratifying enjoyment for such individuals. Thus seeking further or more in depth details to bring about personal gratification and pleasures. Therefore, any further or more in depth information concerning this scenario would be nonsensical on my behalf and on your behalf, none your business. Additionally, I do not feel the need to justify any actions, pending or possible to you at any juncture. However, unless you have a vested interest in C R England might I suggest you stop trying to protect the lack of integrity of said company? Or, perhaps you work for them in a rebuttal to complaints filed position, which would give a clearer understanding as to why you are on such an attack mission against women that voice their pain in this open forum. Each complaint I've seen filed by women on this site regarding C R England and an assault or rape you seem to attempt to diminish, create an air of doubt for the readers or decisively devise an unfavorable view of the victim, which speaks volumes of your character. The unfavorable view may be for these victims to consider whether or not one of the perpetrators of these vicious crimes is you. I am not saying that you are a perpetrator but who's to say, other than you, you're not? And the next time you wish to print an unscrupulous opinion of a victim I suggest you consider they may not be on your level.

File RAPE charges! File a written complaint to the company!

IF you were actually raped, the VERY FIRST thing you should have done would have been to IMMEDIATELY call the police and file a report and have a rape kit done.

Then, an official written complaint to the company, and even a lawsuit for putting you in that position.

I know for a fact that this company ASKS you if you are willing to be trained by a trainer of the opposite gender.

I am willing to bet that there is MUCH more to this story.

I doubt there was actually a rape.

If you did not file a police report, there was no rape.
It was just consentual sex gone bad.
An after the fact accusation based on vengence, maybe for failing training, etc.

I think you have a very GOOD LAWSUIT against the driving school, the trucking company and I hope that you filed charges and had the rape test done at the hospital where they took you and got the DNA samples...

I am not qualified to represent you as a lawyer but I suggest that you find a lawyer that will represent you as a specialist in employment law and sexual discrimination.

My sister was told when she started to apply for trucking school that she would have a FEMALE trainer. Too much potential for ABUSE and LAWSUITS like this is going to be if she had been assigned a MALE trainer.

The more evidence you have on this scumbag, the better. AND I HOPE THEY GOT DNA because NOTHING CAN CONVICT LIKE DNA!
