My cousin and I worked for this company back in 2005. We experienced some similar things as other reports. Since reading these other complaints we now know that we were being treated unfairly intentionally. We experienced working in no A/C for days while management was conveniently on vacation and lied to us for several days that a technician was supposed to come fix the air. We were haggled every day about everything from break times, to not ordering food that had to be delivered, to what we can and can't drink on break even thought the drink machine was stocked with bottles. There suddenly became a no bottle rule in the break room but management was allowed to purchase them from the machine. However, once the A/C situation arose we complained everyday about working in constant heat until management called us in and fired us. We were due to receive several paychecks and was told our checks would be mailed to us. However after weeks of calling and asking about our check they attempted to have no recollection of us being owed any money. At the time we found it easier to just let it go but just because this company is still in business we would like to recover our money. So if there is anyone who gets a class action suit we would definitely join the fight. It is not right how they treat their employees and knowingly withhold their wages for their own salaries.
