If they ever called they never said where they were from or who they were. Now just the other day we received a call and they said who they were and calling from CACV.
I sent an email to Bud Hibbs and he said to send a dispute validation notice making demand for all documentation that validates their claim.
CACV sent with the arbitration claim a questionairre asking a lot of personal questions like, employment, bank information, etc..
Should I fill out the arbitration and submit it along with the questionairre?
