On 8-29-2008, our camera broke when we were on vacation in Florida, 2 days before we were returning home and on route to Unverisal Studios for the day. On the road to the park, my financee and I stopped at the Camera Expo store. We decided to stop there, because it was in a mall center and advertising sony products. When we walked into the store, we were greeted by Lewis and told him that we needed a digital camera. There were no prices on any of the shelves and he picked up a camera the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W150 and said this was the best camera and on sale for $399.99. He even shot pictures and showed us everything that it had to offer. I have not purchased a camera in quite a few years and had no clue what the prices were, so we trusted the sales person and said we would take the camera. He also said we needed to purchase a memory card since their were only 10 pictures on the camera. The memory card was a MS-MT1G Mark 2 1GB.

On 8-31-2008 we arrived back home in Pennsylvania and I then realized that the camera was not the camera we purchased. It was the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-W130 not the W150 that I paid for. I called right away and the person that answered the phone said they were Lewis and I started telling him what happened. He knew right away and said oh yes, I realized I gave you the wrong camera. You can come back into the store and I will switch the camera's. I told him I lived in PA and not FL and was not traveling back for a camera, so he said to mail back the camera and he would ship the correct one to me. I wanted him to ship me a box and letter stating what to do, so I would have proof of the transaction. I also asked him why he did not contact my credit card company, so they could have contacted me while I was still in Florida. He had no answer for that. I asked for his manager and he said his name was Sammy and he was not in the store. He took my phone number and told me that Sammy would call me back. No calls were made to me and I tried calling again and could not get Sammy nor Lewis.

I went on the Sony web-site and found out that I was over charged too. The camera is only $230.00, that is at the higher priced stores and the camera they gave me is only worth $210.00. Also, the memory card is only worth about $25.00 and I paid $129.99.

So now I am out about $300.00 and do not have the camera I paid for. I am writing this, because if I had known about this place I would have never purchased anything from it.
