Contacted Nov. 1, 2012 and spoke to Gerry regarding payment. He stated the check was being cut and should arrive soon. Emailed Nov. 11 regarding status and no response.
This is a warning to customers and other business alike that this company is in trouble and not responsive. Willing to work out an arrangement or take product back but no attempts by Gerry or his staff to follow up.
