CAMPBELL LAW FIRM P.A. Campbell Saves My Home, Helped us right out of $1200.00 Tampa, Florida

After much frustration dealing with our mortgage company regarding the high cost of our mortgage we began to search for help via an attorney to help us modify our mortgage to keep our home. October 14, 2009 my husband and I paid $1200.00 via 3 weekly payments of $400.00 to Campbell Law Firm to negotiate a Loan Modification on our home mortgage with JP Morgan Chase. After retaining the services of CLF, our bank filed for Foreclosure of Mortgage 10/27/09. All information was forwarded to CLF. A response to motion due by 20 days following 10/13/09. CLF did not respond until 10/20/09 with a motion to dismiss for us to submit to the court. Many emails and phone calls were made to their office during that time, rarely responded to, and usually via email, copies can be provided. Many times voice mail systems were completely full or the phone system did not pick up. January 20,2010 the judge scheduled another hearing based on us questionng the accounting figures provided by the bank. Information I, myself, noticed and not the attorney. I uncovered, noticed, and provided documentation proving so.

When we contacted Campbell Law Firm to inform them of what happened in court, we were assured by Tom Monroe, Manager and Cynthia Yturriaga, Mortgage Negotiator, and Salena Mitchell, Assistant Mortgage Negotiator, Nina de la Paz, Assistant Mortgage Negotiator, that a modification was inprogress and we would soon have a resolution. On approximately January 25th we were contacted regarding a forbearance program and were told we would receive an update within a few days. We have contacted Campbell Law Firm either by phone or by email every day since. Two of the people we were in contact with resigned on January 29, 2010. This information was provided via personal email from Nina and Salena. We were contacted by our mortgage company on February 5, 2010 requesting paperwork, paperwork CLF had and was supposed to forward on our behalf. We sent the information to our mortgage company. We attempted to contact Campbell Law Firm every day since but had not heard back prior to our court appearance today. This morning prior to our uncounseled court appearance, again an email was sent to the law firm. A response was received from the original sales agent, Ellis Lakins. He informed us the law firm had fired all employees and closed without paying them. The firm had not provided the services we paid for, the customer service was nonexistant, and services that were provided were underpar. The phones have been shut off and the website has been cancelled. Campbell Law Firm has cost us our home.
