Under the Federal Trade Commissions "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act", they have violated several sections, and that is for people who actually owe a debt, which we do not.
We have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. We would also be interested in becoming part of a class action suit against camco. We feel there are definitly fraudulent actions being preformed by this company.
