Received a letter informing me of a 9000 certified cheque to which I was allegedly entitled. also noting that this was a FINAL NOTICE. Never heard from them previously. and required a fee of 19.95 to release this "PRIZE" either as a one off. or three equal payments of 3000. was immediately suspicious and having explored the circumstances have had these suspicions apparently confirmed
