CARCHEX DECEPTIVE MARKETING/ MISREPRESENT INSURANCE DUPLIN, Ohio

My name is Jason Goldsmith and I am the Co-Founder and CEO of CARCHEX. Its very disappointing to see a negative experience reported about CARCHEX on this site. Our brand promise is Customer Experience Above All If this claim were true and accurate then we did not deliver on that promise.

However this complaint appears to be bogus. My guess is this is a competitor trying to cause harm to CARCHEX. I am making this assumption because the person complaining says nothing to substantiate their claim and I am hearing about this complaint for the first time on this website when my direct contact information is made easily accessible to each of our customers and potential customers for the exact purpose of being able to speak directly to me in order to help resolve any open issue or provide suggestions on how we can improve our customer experience. The real facts are that CARCHEX has been in automotive consumer protection business for over a decade, we have fewer complaints than any other company in the industry and assist hundreds of thousands of consumers each year who are
shopping for a vehicle service contract. Now I realize I cant make every customer or potential customer happy but we do want to try and we do address every issue or complaint that may come our way and take each issue very seriously. If we are in the wrong we will make it right. If you question that please contact me directly. I appreciate forums like this one because they help me make CARCHEX a better company but unfortunately they also allow anyone to post anything they want without validation. If this is in fact a real complaint please contact me or post your contract number so I can help.

Sadly most people dont take the time to post online about the positive experiences they have with a company but fortunately for us many of our customers have.
