Cardflex payment solutions KEPT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! It's been over a year! THEY REFUSE TO RELEASE THE MONEY! How do they get to keep it? BECAUSE THEY ARE BOGUS COMPANY!!!!  THEY GET YOU TO SIGN " MERCHANT AGREEMENT" when you sign on with them Then? They process your payments BUT don't release it So? So you think that they will release " soon" perhaps  Why?Year passes and MONEY NEVER GETS RELEASED How can CardFlex Payment Solutions do that?  Because they can!

How? Because you signed their contract, the merchant agreement and didn't bother to read the fine print. What does it mean? YOU CAN SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY that CardFlex processed for you. But how can that be? Well! Contract is a legal document, once you sign it, you sign it! So? So make your own choice when you look for a merchant company

So Does it mean CardFlex Payment Solutions is fraud?  What do you, potential CardFlex customer, think? Call all merchant companies and NOT ONE OF THEM WILL CHARGE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for " cancellation" of the account. They will charge ew hundred dollars perhaps BUT NEVER THOUSANDS.

How much did CardFlex want for " cancellation fee" ? OVER $ 20.000.00 How much of our money did they keep and never released UNDER THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY CLAUSE OF THEIR CONTRACT?   Over $ 20.000.00!!!! Sounds great yeah? What a great way for fraud ACH merchant companies to make money, huh?

THEY REFUSE TO GIVE BACK MONEY! ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! CARDFLEX AS OF TODAY HAS OVER $ 20,000.00    It's been a year! THEY KEPT IT AS " CANCELLATION FEE". Who canceled who? They did!

Cardflex Class Action - Yet another scammed customer

I too have been scammed by cardflex.  Like the other horror stories they are trying to keep funds held in a reserve for a ridiculous claimed "early termination fee" of a substantial amount of money.  This has been deemed illegal in a number of similar cases.

I have spoken with other companies as well as a couple of other attorneys that have dealt with cardflex.  We are also in active discussion with Attorney Generals about this and are stirring up interest.  

We are interested in hearing your cardflex stories as we are currently fighting a case and at the same time putting together a class action lawsuit as well as preparing many formal complaints to strategic agencies and offices.

If we can get enough cardflex customers to join the fight we can all get what we are owed much easier than trying to fight individually.

If you are currently fighting cardflex and need help, or you have settled a case against them, are an attorney that is or has dealt with cardflex, or are interested in providing any information at all it would be greatly appreciated.

They have scammed many companies with their deceptive and fraudulent practices.  The owners of cardflex were found guilty of wire fraud, mail fraud, and racketeering.  Information about that case can be found here:

Their sponsoring bank Wells Fargo has dropped them as an ISO because of all the troubles they have caused.

Their scamming ways need to be put to an end.

Class Action Lawsuit

I am responding to the call for a class action lawsuit against CardFlex.  I, too, represent a CardFlex victim and I am interested in speaking with other victims and/or attorneys involved in this scam.  I would like to allege fraud against CardFlex, but must show evidence of a pattern of conduct.  For that, I require victim witnesses.

If you are a victim or an attorney who is interested in assisting, please contact me (619-546-9009).  In addition, I am very interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit with the attorney who posted above calling for such an action.

I represent literally dozens of merchants that CardFlex did the same thing to and I am aware of many more that have had the same experience.  My guess is that this would be a very easy class action lawsuit to win, based on several theories of law that have already had success in the courts.

All we need to do is to gather enough momentum against CardFlex to get them to settle, then hopefully they won't be so stupid as to do it again to future unsuspecting merchants.

Anyone interested?  The person who posted this has $20K tied up by them.  My merchants likely have as much as $200K tied up and I am certain there is at least twice that much that I could find, simply by talking to other agents and ISO's who have represented and/or worked with CardFlex in the past.  Who's in?

REFUSING TO RELEASE OUR MONEY

CardFlex Inc are liers. They wrote on response that they want to resolve this, but they don't bother to release the money. They are brushing me off.  It is their policy to keep over $ 20,000.00 in their so called " early termination agreement" fee. Unless they feel they made a mistake, THEY WILL NOT BOTHER TO RETURN IT BACK.

So, let's say you signed up with them right? Okay. Well CardFlex has a right to keep thousands upon thousands of dollars for CANCELING your account. THAT MEANS YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY.
Yes, that's right, thousands of your dollars, YOU WILL NEVER EVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE SEE IT RELEASED.  THIS IS HOW CARDFLEX MAKES PROFIT.

YOU SIGN UP. THEY CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. KEEP YOUR THOUSANDS. BE CAREFUL!!!! THIS IS WHAT CARDFLEX DID TO US. OPENED OUR ACCOUNT, CLOSED IT SHORTLY AFTER, NEVER RELEASED A PENNY AND KEPT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

Regarding Complaints on CardFlex Inc.

Along with all of its positives, the Internet allows dangerous people to post false
claims against good people and companiesand to do so anonymously. Thats what
we believe has happened here.

 

Despite several attempts to work with this anonymous poster, CardFlex has been unable
to even identify the poster or the company he/she claims to represent. Instead,
we get occasional emails that read like ransom notes. The notes make bizarre
accusations, demand varied sums of money, and offer no information to work
from. Don't ask me to call, the poster emailed us this morning. Don't ask
the name of the company.

 

That makes it difficult to fix anything, of course. And now the anonymous poster has
threatened to expand his/her attacks to include the very employees who have
offered to help.

 

The anonymous poster has the phone numbers and emails of the several CardFlex
managers who have offered assistance. We remain ready to resolve this issue.
