Carl is a CROOK, LIAR, and THIEF!! He uses his dealer license as bait to get money from hard working individuals. He makes promises and then doesn't deliver but keeps the money. Only PHEASANTS that desprately need money do things the way Carl Altieri does!!
He is a manipluator to individuals who do not know the business and tries to profit off of them.
How pathetic is this... he lives inside his own office (no home to go to) and sleeps on the couch!!
I guess that's way his ex-wife divorced him and wants nothing to do with him and the same for his own kids.
Thinking about buying a car from him...THINK AGAIN!!
Top Two USA has been investigated by Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) countless times due to customers filing complaints about the vehicles they purchased.
Carl Altieri and Top Two USA have also been sued over 10 times alone in the past two years.
Don't take my word for it.. Check for yourself in the Broward County Clerk's website.
My advise is to STAY AWAY so this doesn't happen to you!!
I know how it is to work hard for what you have and for a PHEASANT who sleeps on the couch to try to take it from you... but I guess it's true about KARMA.
