CARL HAGGERTY & ROBERT ANGONA & MADISON M&A CAPITAL PARTNERS THEFT OF CLOSING DEPOSIT, BREACH OF CONTRACT, FRAUD! New York City, New York

Carl Haggerty and Robert Angona, as expected, were a "no show" for our court appearance yesterday in New York City.  We were confident they wouldn't show because they have no defense for the "theft" they have perpitrated.  They breached all their own contracts and agreements, they continually lied to us and the company owner, and finally they simply decided to steal the $5000 deposit given them to close and fund this company.  They are common thieves and nothing better.

They have now opened another banner "company", called CASH FLOW ACQUISITIONS, LLC., 51 E. 42nd Street, New York City, 10017.  Again they advertise their ability to "Fund" projects.  Same deal as Madison M&A Capital Partners.

They have also added Donald Daly to their "company".  He is oddly enough the same individual who introduced us to Haggerty and Angona in the first place.  He is fully aware of their actions, but apparently doesn't mind getting in bed with them anyway.

We will receive judgement against these two crooks from the court, but they do not care.  These type people just continue to deceive and cheat people without regard.  I personally provided the $5000 deposit that was stolen.  Before initiating any of this writing, or taking legal action, I gave them multiple opportunities to simply give back the money.  A true thief obviously does not care what his reputation and credit look like.  These 2 people can be held up as poster boys for what is the worst in business today.  No ethics.......No honesty....No Shame!!
