I TRANSFERED A SUPPOSEDLY EXCELLENT CONDITION INFINITY FROM NORTH CAROLINA TO MILWAUKEE WISCONSIN. UPON ARRIVAL TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE, AFTER IT WAS PROMISED TO ME IMACULATE, A DENT IN RIGHT FENDER, SCRATCHES ALL OVER FROM DOG, 4 MORE DENTS AROUND VEHICLE, ALL THE INTERIOR WAS RIPPED FROM DOG NAILS, AND ALSO, THE PLASTIC INSIDE WAS ALL DEEPLY SCRATCHED! THE VEHICLE WAS ALREADY PRICED TO HIGH, OH YEA, THE HEADLIGHTS WERE CRACKED AND THE BELT MOLDINGS HAD MOLD ON THEM, THERE WAS A SCRATCH IN REAR QUARTER PANEL, LEFT SIDE, THAT WAS BUFFED AND LEFT DULL, ETC!

THIS WAS A PERFECT VEHICLEL, TO WHOS STANDARDS!

THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY TRANSFER MONEY BACK!

I WOULD NEVER DO ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH A CAR MAX AGAIN!

THEY DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN AND DETAIL IT UP, WHO WANTS TO BUY A CAR LIKE THAT.

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY!! YOUR BUYING JUNK!

I had this EXACT same thing happen to me but with better results...I had a car transferred from Chicago area...they even did a walk around said the car was literally "driven by an older woman" and was perfect. Well needless to say when i got here it was FAR from perfect. Carmax inspected the car when we got there and the buyer said the car was a POS and should NEVER have gotten onto their retail lot. They refused to sell it to me AND refunded my money no questions asked.

Not sure what to tell you to get the $ back, corporate would not be of much use to you. If you went through the steps I did and had a walk around etc then I think you have a case, otherwise might take a bit more persuasion. Try raising to GM or Regional Rep if no response.

You are full of crap and you know it. There is no way you were shown a vehicle in this condition it would have never made it onto the lot! If by some chance it did make it onto the lot and was then transfered to you all you have to do is call their corporate office, there is no way they would not refund your money.
