Worst experience EVER... First all We go to Carmax in the market for a new vehicle, first they give us a hard time because of the paperwork, then after that gets settled and done with, we move on to the next step which is PAYMENT... I gave them a 30% down payment to a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country that was NEVER ready to be sold... We took it for a quick test drive before proceeding with the whole process, but when they brought the vehicle out and we inspected well before we took it out the lot the sales rep insisted that we take it so we can inspect it anyways, and he seemed very frustrated as he didnt want to deal with us anymore now that he had made a sell....that was a Saturday we took it and the following Monday we had to return it back for repairs that they NEVER repaired, they straight up lied to us and vehicle was in the same condition after picking it back u on Friday.
We dropped it back off after christmas as they were closed or those two days, and I ask for a refund and they dont want to give me the money I put down, they still have my vehicle and had it for over 2 weeks. Everyone you speak to there is crooked, doesn't even know what they're talking about it, and they are so unprofessional. Very disappointed, the give you the run a round, if they did the job the first time we wouldn't have to be dealing with this, but they bought time after we were told that that 5 days refund policy stops while car was under repair. The car needed the balance, oil change, filter changed, they had left it without transmission fluid, very dumb.... They left globs of touch up paint on the hood, the windshield whistles and till this day they can't figure it out, whoever is in the market for a vehicle, recommend to stay away from these crooks, you'll save a bit of money but you'll get very horrible service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE, where they'll paper actuate your BUSINESS.
