"sold us a 2005 MINI with faulty/worn run flat tires which ALL now need to be replaced after only 10k miles/ 2 years of driving."
The tires on your used car only lasted 2 yrs./10 K miles?? If they were worn tires, why did you buy them? Doesn't really matter though. Do you have some sort of warranty that you bought with the car that says the tires are guaranteed to last more than 2 yrs./10K miles? Probably not. You're out of luck on this one.
"After test driving the car with the tires we complained about a pull to the left and they rebutted this as normal."
Why would you pay money for a car that is pulling to the left? This could be the source of prematurely worn tires, but apparantly that was OK with you, as you still bought the car.
"We will be filing fraud charges this week against the Service Manager and then next Corporate if they are not going to resolve it ASAP. "
That's rich. I'm no fan of car dealers, but this strikes me as somewhat silly. You were allowed to inspect and test drive the car and chose to purchase it in that condition. You have no specific tire warranty that says how long the tires will last. What is the basis for your fraud claim? The real problem is that you did not bother to have this vehicle inspected before making the purchase. As you will soon find out, that's a big mistake because any problems (that are not specifically warranted) after you drive off the lot belong to you. Expecting to have things fixed 2 yrs. later is not realistic.
