C.A.R.S. PROTECTION PLUS INC. COMPANY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN NOT TO PAY A CLAIM! MURRYSVILLE Pennsylvania

We sold customer the warranty with the purchase of the vehicle.  After 11 months, customer brought vehicle in with problem.  Notified warranty company of problem, they proceeded to argue with mechanic as to cause of problem.  Adjuster Chris told us to tear it down, take pictures of defective components, and they would authorize the repair claim.  Over a period of three weeks, after emailing pictures numerous times and several conversations, we completed repairs based upon their verbal agreement.  Upon completion and request for payment, they claimed they never received pictures and were denying the claim due to them never issuing a claim number. 

These people will manufacture circumstances to their utmost in order not to pay your service claims.
