CASH ADVANCE AMERICA PHONE SCAM STATING A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU North Carolina

I received a phone call from a man with an Indian accent stating that there was a lawsuit against me. I stated that I had filed bankruptcy and was protected from lawsuits. He said he needed to get a supervisor. The supervisor stated that I had taken a payday loan and had not paid it back and that according to the terms of the agreement, I was not protected by bankruptcy. HE HAD THE LAST FOUR OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! He told me to tell my lawyer that I had to be in court on Monday (this was Friday). I repeatedly stated that I had NEVER taken a payday loan. He stated that they had my routing number and proof the money was deposited. I looked it up on the internet and it's a scam several people have experienced. I put a fraud alert on all three of my credit reports. He stated the company was CASH ADVANCE AMERICA. Do not give these people your social or any information!
