CASH CALL WESTERN SKY I AM A VICTIM OF THIS HORRIBLE UNSCRUPULOUS LENDER ANAHEIM, California

I like the rest of you got this ridiculously high interest loan, i was told my payments were going to be $294. a month for 4-yrs on a $2600. dollar loan but when it came time to fund the loan i was getting talked and through quickly by the loan shark and signed for a higher amount of $388. a month? By the time i get through paying this off i will have given them $18,624.12 for the loan. After numerous calls and arguments getting nowhere i was told it was too bad and that if i default on the loan they would sue me and garnish my wages. I am on Social Security permanent disability, i also suffer from a severe
mental disorder case of Bipolar-1 which means i go into manic episodes and i have been hospitalized four times in the last two years with a mental breakdown. I have contacted and filed a complaint with the LA Attorney General's Office and for those of you who do not know the Attorney General in West Virginia just won a $15 million dollar Class Action Lawsuit against Cash Call for 300 state residents which they had loaned money to in the same unlawful way that they are doing to ALL of US!  This was in their Charleston, WV Daily Mail Newspaper dated September 11, 2012 and the owner of Cash Call J.Paul Reddam said he wasn't worried because he would just have another win in other states.  The Judge not only made Paul Reddam pay a penalty of four times the interest that each consumer was charged on their loan, and another $10 million in restitution. And another $2.3 million in cancelling all other loans altogether.  WE ALL need to stand together against Cash Call and fight against them, WE can WIN if we file a Class Action Suit against them. The harassment tactics and threats they use to hurt people is illegal and West Virginia residents (300) of them fought back and won. Go to the LA Attorney Generals Website and file a complaint..Don't wait any longer.
