Fortunately for my case, I was able to file for a refund from my bank on the basis of not having received the service after payment, and I was even able to get the late fees back. Most banks should offer that service for fraudulent charges.
My recomendation for Sherry from Arlington Texas is to file fraudulent charges with the bank to get the money bank. Since there are no service received for the payment.
