CCBILL.com / AKA ECsuites DO BAD BUSINESS!!! Thier fraud dept covers it all up! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
CCbill cut our dating site off from processing and didn't bother to notify us! When discovered, we called and got the famous run around and were told that our account was flagged for 'Fraud'
So we had to call back twice because the first phone call the guy said he wasn't allowed to give out the number to the fraud department. (like thier some secret organization or something) so we called back and they sent us an email that they said they supposedly sent us long time ago (yeah right!) and the fraud number was on there.
When we spoke to the fraud department, they gave us some line that they could reveal too much information to protect themselves. But what I could finally get out of them was there was suppsedly 2 charge backs (which we never had) and 48 attepts to use a stolen credit card on our site. Which is bull because though we have an option to pay, we are generaly free! And we would have recieved a payment notice before any charge back could have taken place...we never had.
The manager of the fraud department joined in the phone conference and said that is I were to log into the ccbills admin section we could see it. When we did it wouldn't let us in it only showed an error screen and said to call customer service. They don't send out auto responders when a transaction has been posted. They said theres to many to do that(but Paypal doesn't have a problem doing that)
They were also suggesting that maybe someone from my company was using a stolen (or unauthorized) credit card trying to make payment into our dating site! I told him 'Why would we have to do that? It's FREE!!!' They could produce any evidence so that we could protect our company, they didn't send us notice when they left our site hanging out there without a processor, then they had the GAUL to suggest that somone in our company may be involved in using a stolen credit card! We OWN the darn site for God's sakes!
They were very shady, lack on info and through insultive suggestions that they had no evidence to share with us. How is that protecting the client?
How can you trust a company with your money and clients/customers when they would consider being like this?
I told them at the closing of the phone call ' We have a great public record and have nothing negative with the Florida BBB." I said " before you go falsely accusing your OWN CLIENTS of things, you might want to have a better reputation than the one you are accusing which has an impeccable public record! CCBill (when Googled 'CCBill Revue) has a a slew of fraud claims against them and some are even trying to press criminal charges against them!
CCBILL uses thier Fraud Department to cover up thier lies and one of the ways to do this is to merely delete them without any notice.
We believe that because we are in the stage of developing a online community and basically at the moment it's free..that we weren't producing enough money/transactions and thus we weren't worth there time or space on thier database. So thier solution? Delete us and make up some lame story that they see all this fraud going on and chargebacks that never occured. And they were at a loss of words when I asked them to produce any evidence of any of this. They simple said they weren't allowed to give that information out. I'm the owner for christ sakes! If you can't tell me???...what's the big secret? If PayPal fond anything suspicious they contact you right away! Not these guys! And won't give you any info either! Even though it's MY SITE that was in jeopordy!
These people stink! DON'T USE THEM!!! We all are in the same boat. We want someone we can trust with our customers and our money. THESE people can not be trusted! Tell the world to stay clear from these people...maybe we can run them into the ground just like they have done to so many small business owners.
