I just received a $30 charge from these people on my credit card. I've never used this credit card anywhere. When I called CCBill they claimed the charges were legitimate but would not give any details as to when, where, or who the charges were for.

If you simply go to https://support.ccbill.com/index.cgi you can put in your info and find out what it was used for. The charge on your statement should also read ccbill//companychargedtoo . After 15 years of taking credit cards I have seen most of these are not frauds but people that buy a product/service do not understand it or bother to read how they will be billed. Very little is real fraud. But there are a lot of spouses denying that they subscribed to an adult site.
In cases of real fraud cards are canceled. Rarely is this the practice when it comes to internet company's. Even when merchants can prove you made the charge in this age of static IP's Merchants tend to lose the battle.

You probably didn't get any information because you called up, screamed at the employee, refused to give any information required to look you up, and threatened to sue us for charging you for something you probably purchased and forgot about. Maybe if you called, didn't scream at people, and tried to work with the company that informed you they were charging you, you could have gotten somewhere. But, no, somehow CCBill stole your information and is trying to sneak it past you, regardless of the fact that we put our phone number on your credit card statement so you can call us and ask about it.

Sounds like the scum over in AZ are just trying to cover their a**es...

So why did I have so much trouble getting that information, Mr. con man?

I had to cancel multiple times and still got charged... not only that, I got signed up for numerous other rip-off sites that didn't even give me information so I could cancel... way to go... you guys are bigger liars than the Nigerian scammers. Whatever else you may say of them, they are at least honest about being criminals...
