I participated in a free trial online for the Acai Pure cleansing pills. The website states you get a free bottle for only shipping and you can try it for 14 days. If for any reason you dont like the product within 14 days after shipping date you can cancel the order. If you do not cancel within 14 days they will charge you 39.95 for another bottle.

I was billed for shipping on Oct 9. After not reciveing any product for 10 days I tried to call the given support phone number several times, every time waiting over an half hour and then being disconected. On Oct. 20 I wrote an email to company support address requesting a cancelation in program. On the same day I recieved a confirmation in the email stating the company had recieved my cancelation. Oct. 23 I recieved another email confirming cancelation also another offer to participate in more programs, which of course I decided not participate in.

Nov.4 there was a charge on my acount for 39.95 from this same company. I had to cancel my credit card. I also tried to call the number again and waited over 20 mins before I hung up. Im in the prosses now of trying to get refunded.
