CCP Solutions in Brooklyn has a "sales manager" who is an out and out liar. He tried to sell us an old(very old)used black and white copier and said it was brand new color copier. Thank goodness we checked Ripoff Report and called the manufacturer directly.

I have asked around and have heard not ONE positive thing about these people. Look at their website-it's a joke. The have a list of "customers"- these customers are coin machines in court houses and libraries that are always broken when you try to use them.

I can't see how they can stay in business as long as they claim to have. Do not use this dealer- go to a manufacturer. Dealers are mom and pop companies that are here today and gone tomorrow. Thank you Ripoff Report for saving us from these predators
