Credit Collection Services would start calling me from the time they opened and continue till they closed everyday herrassing me and demanding full payment of ex amount of dollars that I supposably owed Progressive Gulf Insurance Co.
I tried on several occassions to tell them that I don't owe Progressive any money and that all my monthly insurance payments was paid in full when I cancelled my auto ins. with progressive and went to another insurance company.
The day I called Progressive and told them that I was going to switch insurance companies on the 10th of the next month they got nasty with me and very unprofessional and hung up on me then I started recieving the herrassing calls from Credit Collection Services.
