This is what it says exactly (word for word)"Members that do not have an active merchantcard will still be sent a bill at the first of the month for any charges due." If you had maded a purchase in thier catalog your card would have to be active, right or are they saying that by just getting this letter you are looking to get another bill coming to your home?
I have to say that this is not only wrong but there better be a law against it.
