CCS Medical is a 1/2 a billon dollar in sales DME provider. I sale wound care supplies in a wound care clinic in Texas. I am payed by the hour and commission.

CCS started a new comp plan effective Jan 1 2006. By March they decided to change the plan which they have the right to do, they did this on a conference call not in writing which is clearly stated in the plan must be in writing.

Here is the kicker the day before checks went out on June 21st they called an emergency conferece call they are changing the comp plan again cutting it in half or less in some cases and making it retroactive back to May.

These commissions were earned in May, these wages were already earned I lost hundreds of dollars but others all over the country lost thousands. I know one individual who lost 3,000.

The explanation given to us was they did not budget enough for commissions. New plan to be received 7/1/06 still not received

I finally wised up and left after 8 long years!!!!!!  One of the worst places I have ever worked!!!!!! Now they are in bankruptcy. See greed get you nowhere!!!!!!!!!

OMG this company is truly awful. Thats why they are now in chapter 11 bankruptcy. They dont care about heor employees or their customers. Worst place I ever worked for.

CCS Medical's call center in Clearwater was one of the most beautiful looking call centers I have ever worked in, clean, proffesional looking. But, it also became quickly the most employee unfriendly company I have ever worked for. A multi million dollar company throws a christmas party in their breakroom??
I have worked for other major national companies have that celebrated their employees dedication with very nice events. Next time you go looking for a job, ask them how they celebrated Christmas as a company.
