CDL4DVD I ordered a dvd to help my boyfriend with his cdl training and they took my money from a paypal account and never sent the dvd Internet

my boyfriend wanted to get a dvd to help him with the cdl test. he found this company on the internet and asked me to order the dvd for him. i normally investigate companies before i order anything off the internet but i just trusted it was legit. i placed my order for the dvd it said 1 to 5 days to deliver. i started to get nervous when i did not recieve any follow up email with my tracking info of my order so i used the email on their site to ask them the status of my order. i recieved a email stating thank you for ordering here is the password to download some forms from the website and dvd takes 1 to 5 days. its been almost 2 weeks they are no longer responding to any of my emails and im out of 49.99. do not trust this company please keep your money. all the paypal said is that my money went to a James Ward. i am not very happy right now :(

Hello there, 

My name is Miss Polk and i can see why the previous customer is pist about the whole thing. But as a satisfied customer i would like to elaborate for the owner of james ward from a customer perspective. I had order my dvds on january 23, 2016 and receive a package confirmation on feb 1, 2016, stating that my package was in process from chicago, iilnois all the way till my arrival date of feb 5, 2016 and i am calling out of texas. Yes it does takes time depending on location, location, and yes location. But while i was waiting thru united states postal service i was able to also track my package via text messages notifications and the minute it made it inside the mailbox i got the text telling me it was delivered with the time and date. Next, was the playing the video, however, the customer failed to realize that depending on if she placed the dvd inside her computer is where if the dvd could not have been read. That she would of have to download the software onto the computer inorder for the dvd to play. Not all laptops or desktop computers have a built in software to just play a dvd that once you insert your dvd into your computer,especially depending on the FORMAT of the disc. The computer will let you know that this device does not have a compatible software and from there is when you would either have to look around on retailers sites to purchase(download) or try to find a free software to use. And just so happened, i did find a compatible software for free to play the dvd without problems and that software is called VLC media player. Its icon is of a orange cone with white reflectors strips and once your there hit download. i was able to see the questions and the answers and you really dont have to do nothing Mr. james ward does everything for you as he does say to just pause the video, write down the question, see him click the answer and write down the right answer and do not just choose a,b, or c its best that you write the answer in full detail to remember. Thats it!! on disc 1 it contains 4 videos while disc 2 is pre-inspection. Yea i am aware it should have been 5 disc, but if you look at it 5 disc would actually be a waste of money when all you have to do is buy dvds with longer time frames to compact the videos in 2. Saves money and also saves postage. In addition, if it was on the dvd player, then duh the dvd would have played automatically and you would have to use the up, down, left, or right buttons to choose which video you wanted to start reveiwing. Lastly, i think on disc 2 is where going back on cdl4dvd.com and using the passcode is where you could have downloaded the practice test exam, unless it towards the end of disc 1. But i have not yet got to that point in knowing if the password is there or not but indue time i can place a follow-up to find out. It may take a minute to see but when i do you will hear from me. So yea with james ward, no he does not answer back unfortunately, but, so far he has kept his promise in delivering service. i was skeptical too to purchase from mr.ward as the customer said she lost $49.00. And even getting intouch with weebly, who the website was created under they told me as i had sent a email feeling that i was even ripoff told me that the only way they would have been able to remove james ward website was by if i had a court order. But since i refuse to not go through that rough process all i could do is wait and pray that mr. ward was not who i thought he was as a criminal. An whats crazy is after a did sent that email to weebly it was only 2 day time i got a confirmation from paypal. So i hope i could put an ease on this customer face and any other future customers.

i guess the must have got my message because the finally decided to send my dvd company needs to better communicate with its customers if they want to continue to do bussiness
