Do not buy from this China distributor. The website is cec21.com. You have to select the merchandise that you are interested in and they will email you with a price. They will send you an invoice and request that you send the funds via Moneygram or Western Union. You will be given a bogus tracking number after a few days that says a package was sent to the distribution center in China and that it left China. After that there is no other shipping information listed to that tracking number other than a package left the distribution center in China via EMS. Susan was the representative that kept saying that the product would arrive and to be patient. I placed an order on December 2nd. On December 7th Susan sent an email asking me to select replacements because 2 of the items I wanted were out of stock. After selecting a replacement and 2 backups, I was told that they were out of stock also which left me no choice but to select a different item all together. I was sent a tracking number on December 9th and told that it would take 48 hours for the tracking information to show. On December 15th I contacted Susan because the tracking information was still unavailable. Susan claimed she would check with EMS and get back to me. Magically that evening tracking showed that a package was being sent to the EMS shipment headquarters. On the 16th it arrived at the China EMS headquarters and nothing has happened since. I regularly place orders with vendors from China. After an item has left EMS it takes 4 days for me to receive the product. To this date the tracking info is still the same and I have no product and Susan keeps saying the items will arrive. I have given up the thought of receiving my package but this vendor needs to be stopped. If you google the company you will find the company name listed under other fraud listings. I wish I would have checked first!

I have been shopping with mentioned company for a little bit over a year and never had such experience with them. I believe Susan is a very honest person, she always send my goods on time and provide me with tracking number which can be checked out after two days with shipping company EMS. I can't say what had actually happened with the complainant but my experience with this company is nothing less than great. Their stuff is absolutely good quality and as long as they have merchandise i will be shopping with them. I have at least 20 of their handbags and all my friends that are very much into designers can't tell the deference between their bags and mine because they basically looks the same (very good quality). I am not saying this consumer might not have encountered a bad experience, but I think Susan is very honest and the shipping company is very fast with their deliveries. I Therefore, recommend this company to who really what to experience what true replica is all about and the excellent quality you will experence.

This is an update to the previous report. The package was received on December 29th after I forwarded a copy of the ripoff report to the vendor. The vendor then replied with an email stating that the shipping company was expediting the order and that the delay was due to snow. After that correspondence the shipping information was immediately updated on the EMS shipping website and I received the package the following day. Talk about fast service, the website goes from shipping from China on December 16th to arrived at JFK airport on the 27th and I received it on the 29th. All the items were in the box however the Chanel handbag looks more like vinyl than leather. I am told that it is "washed leather". I have all my products but will never do business with this vendor again. It seemed as if nothing would happen unless I persistently kept inquiring.
