CENTRAL STATES THERMO KING CSTK UNFAIR, CARELESS REEFER TRAILER REPAIR COMPANY PHILADELPHIA Pennsylvania

 It all started when we dropped off a trailer to get maintenance back in 2011. We dropped it off for regular maintenance that the trailer needed at the time. After the maintenace on the reefer trailer was completed, we were never notified by CSTK that it was ready to be picked up. 

So our reefer trailer was put out of there shop due to space they said. There shop at the time was not located in a pleasant location. We received a call days later and we were advised that our trailer was vandalized with graffiti, damages, missing parts and reefer trailer was not working.

We called the police to file a report on the vandalism, then it was taken back in to the shop to get repaired. They were suppose to take full responsibility of what had happened but then we received a bill about a month later from CSTK on the vandalism repair. The customer never notified us that it was ready to be picked up like they should had done. They did not take any responsibility of what had happened that could have been avoided if they had done there job on letting us know.

Once again all of this could have been avoided if they had done there job the way it was suppose to be done. Then after what had happen and what was done they should have taken responsibility and handled it like a legitimate company would have.
