Certified Hosting provides our client's with automatic cancellation for all hosting accounts and service, through their client account portal.

There is no need to contact us to cancel an account, therefore, we would not be ignoring clients wishing to cancel. All cancellations are done by the clients through the billing portal.

We have been in business since 1999 with a spotless reputation and A+ BBB rating.

Please provide details of your account and prove that delayed your ability to cancel your account when you have the option to do this on your own at any time.
