Charles Rogers defrauded 6,000.00 from me in Anderson, Indiana, in July 2006. At that time he lived in Warsaw, Indiana. The case # ........SC-1790 (last 6 characters of 15) is in Kostiusko Superior Court in Warsaw, Indiana, since 2006. Zoia Burkhart vs Charles Rogers
Now, according to court papers Charles Rogers owes me $8,000.00. Nevertheless, nobody is arresting Charles Rogers (police, sheriff, court...). A legal company who tried to spot him, recently informed me that he moved to Arkansas.
So, thee crook is traveling across the country hurting other people, and businesses. Nobody ever said a good word about Charles rogers and his wife Virginia Rogers - I contacted many people, businesses.
The pictures of Rogers and his wife are in Warsaw Police that promised arrest him, but never did.
If anybody knows of Charles Rogers's whereabouts, please inform. Help stop an ugly criminal lead his ugly dishonest life of a fraud. When I say ugly - I mean both - inside and outside. I have his picture. You will see how right I am.
