CHARTERONE BANK UTICA OHIO RIPOFF THERE HAS TO BE A LEGAL WAY TO STOP THIS BANK FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING HOW IS IT RIGHT.!!!!! UTICA New York

my son had overdrew his account he is 20 , it racked up fees so he spoke to charter one they said if you go in today and pay 118.00 we will bring account to zero and close it, he did this three days later it was zero, three weeks later a very much delayed debit amount of 3.85 was allowed thru the account 8 days later he received a notice telling him this by this time there were 99.00 in od fees on his account he did not have the money to pay for it he told them i thought the account was closed they said well the 3.85 never got charged to the account so it reopened it well its not his fault it never got charged to the account for over a month and now they will do nothing for him as of today it is -280.00 in fees, he is so upset i want to know how this is legal tell me it cannot be if so why are not all the other banks doing this ,my nephews is still opened for 8 months with negative bal and still racking charges because they would not work with him and he did not know what to do, but they will let you keep overdrafting your account with your debit cardWE HAVE TO STOP THEM!!!!!!!!!!!11
