Followed directions for return, Chris Lingham signed for the return on 7/15/2008. Was told it would be 2 billing cycles for credit. I thought thst werd cause usually after receipt of returned prodct - the redfund is done right away...with reputable companies anyway.
I figured out that they do that because credit card companies only take disputes within 30 days...so that's why they say it takes that long....so you don't report it.
Each time I call the superisor isn't in. His name is Chris Lingham and he signed for my returned packet.
