March 4 2007 airline tkt no 037 7822133804 purchased online from cheapoair website leaving Boston to Miami March 18th with connection in Charlotte on USair 1773 and USair 1831 returning Miami-Boston March 25 connecting in Charlotte on US 1822 and US 1721 I received by e mail confirmation of booking saying paper tkt will be mailed. I was charged on my credit card in full including taxes and booking fees and insurance 248,60+93+25= $366.60 I never received the ticket and on March 16th I called US air and was told I had no reservations whatsoever.I then contacted on March 16th Cheapoair and succeeded with great difficulty in speaking to Emma Rubinov Sales Manager for Travelong who admitted and Iquote;that the system did not return a US Airways confirmation and she proceeded to make a brand new booking on alternative flights for same dates and destination and issued a new E TKT 037 7822133804 leaving Boston to Miami March 18th direct US flight 1557 returning from Miami to Boston March 25 with connection in Philadelphia on US164 and Us 1562.I was charged this time for e tkt 166.51+26.29taxes= $192.80. I was told by Emma that the paper ticket(never booked or received) of $366.60 will be refunded and I will be credited accordingly for 366.60$. I have never been refunded,I then called Emma and was told she no longer works at travelong,e mailed repeatedly MAURCIE CHRISTIAN CHEAPOAIR customer service manager who forwarded all to accountant dept SUSHILA CHAWLA accountant manager who e mailed him back and so on ..I never heard from them.In an e mail dated march 16 2007, MAURICE CHRISTIAN stated that a refund was to be credited to me due to US AIRWAYS MIGRATION PROBLEM. It has been 9 months I am trying to deal with these people who are giving me the runround while admitting that the reservation was NEVER made initially.In conclusion I have spent a lot of time and money calling them,they never return their calls and do not follow up on their e mails.I would like to be refunded asap 366.60$ plus interest for 9months.
