Now its January 4th, 2007. Her flight on China Southern Airlines leaves January 5th friday so she can get back in time to work. She's a teacher and they start school January 8th. She went to the airline only to find out her tickets were cancelled! They stated that cheaptickets sold us tickets that were unavailable and already booked. Now the ticketing agency is trying to get her out in time even if she has to shell out more money to get her on the plane first class to make it out on time. The airline told us that the next available flight would be more than 2 weeks because this was a very busy month from southeast asia to los angeles, california. Now she is currently on a waiting list for who knows how long. Cheaptickets.com has ruined our vacation and may ruin her career. I have heard of a class action lawsuit against cheaptickets and we would like to be part of it if anyone can help us.
