I called the company to complain and have them refund the charge, but their response was that I had signed up for some sort of TRIAL membership which had expired. My response was that this 1 time report was FREE and was not a service I had signed up for. I am still trying to get my money back. We'll see if I continue to get charged after I cancelled this SERVICE>
